CPD conducts impaired driving patrols, over 100 vehicles stopped

The Clarksville Police Department conducted impaired driving saturation patrols September 14/15, 2012, partially funded by the Governor’s Highway Safety Office.

The results from the saturation patrols are:

1 –Child Restraint
2 –Failure to Reasonable Care
2 –Reckless Driving
3 –Seat Belt
3 –Revoked/Suspended License
3 –Traffic Signal
4 –DUI
4 –Other Driver License Violations
6 –Registration
14 –Other Violations

1 –Open Container
1 –False Report
1 –Warrant Served
1 –Leaving the Scene
2 –Resisting
2 –Curfew
3 –Public Intoxication
3 –Consuming Under 21

14 –Equipment/Light Law
26 –Insurance
45 –Speeding

102 –Vehicles stopped

128 –Total Number of Charges
