On Wednesday, Oct. 10 suspended football player Cody Tucker’s attorney Kimberly Tuner declined to comment at this time on accusations that Tucker allegedly illegally sold steroids to an undercover informant.
Tucker was fullback for The Gov’s football team and was suspended after he was arrested for allegedly selling two vials of approximately 500 milligrams of liquid Testosterone.
Tucker had his first appearance in court on Tuesday, Sept. 25 and a General Sessions trial date is set for Thursday, Nov. 8.
