Rex Gandy was announced as the new Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs at APSU on Tuesday, Feb. 24.
Gandy is to assume his new position on June 1. He is currently finishing out his term in the same position at Texas A&M University.
“I am very excited to be joining the Austin Peay State University family,” Gandy said. “Austin Peay State University is a great institution, and under the leadership of President White I think it has an even brighter future.”
“I look forward to working with the faculty, staff and students in advancing the academic agenda.”
