Austin Peay received a house from Heritage Bank, according to a recent news release. Heritage Bank presented Tim Hall the deed to a house located across the street from McReynolds-Nave and Larson Funeral Home on Dec. 11.

The University will list the property on the housing market immediately, said Steve Shaw, director of corporate relations at APSU.

The house is being sold in order to help fund the Governors Stadium renovation project, set to complete the new stadium by the 2014 season.

The renovations on the east side (Foy Center) of the stadium are set to include training areas, offices, and most notably a skybox. The west side (Burt Elementary) will receive minimal updates.
